All the lights in the world

Entry for s contest 

Thoughts behind the drawing:
Meng (the dragon) watches over peoples dreams, every dream being a light. 
The weird glitter coming out from the neck and stomach is some dreamdust thingie and lights up the candles. 
I redesigned him a little bit and made the wing more simple. 

Time spent: about 20 hours
